Superbe vue panoramique , chambre spacieuse et propre . Restaurant bon mais service long , petit déjeuner buffet continental varie . Personnel agréable .
We had a very nice visit to this wonderfully located hotel. My husband is in a wheelchair but the hotel was very good about moving cars out of the disabled parking spaces and with any help that I required. However there is a need to put some holding on handles for the shower so that a disabled person can stand up in the shower. Also a need for more space to put your sponge bag down in the bathroom. These are minor irritations but should be put right to gain the top spot in hotel listings. I did mention all these things to the Receptionist but whether anything will be done …. Otherwise it was lovely.

Os quartos ainda tem alcatifa,não tinham chinelos nem roupões.A casa de banho é muito pequena,tinha uma cortina de banho que já não se usa.O pequeno almoço muito pobre.As refeições muito caras,um café dois euros,para aquele sitio senti irem-me ao bolso.Acho que estava na hora de fazerem algumas remodulações.Mas resumindo foram dois dias de paz e sossego.Com uma paisagem que só o Gerês nos pode dar.
This was the nicest accommodation we stayed in for Spain and Portugal. The reception and staff were excellent, our room with balcony was great, and the views from our room and the terrace were like we were flying. Its nice to arrive and find the pictures from the pousada website are exactly the same in real life. The quaint towns in the valley by the lake are charming with plenty of things to do, like hiking to the waterfall, and great food. The a.c. unit in our room was a little noisy, but worked fine. We enjoyed using the pool and deck area.
